Order Processing Time


We offer two main categories of products: Dry Goods and Perishable Items (including Frozen and Fresh foods).

Dry Goods: Processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Perishable Items (Frozen/Fresh): Processed within 1–3 business days, shipped using temperature-controlled packaging and appropriate express delivery methods to maintain product integrity.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.


Shipping Services (USA & Canada)

We ship to all U.S. states and most Canadian provinces using reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Canada Post.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery method.

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated during promotional offers.


Delivery Time Estimates

USA: 2–7 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, inclement weather, or due to carrier delays.

Handling of Perishable & Frozen Items

Fresh and frozen products are packed with insulated liners, gel packs, or dry ice as necessary.

These items are only shipped Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.

Customers are strongly advised to retrieve deliveries promptly upon arrival to maintain product quality.

KizzleHomeLandFood is not liable for spoilage due to delayed pickup, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts.



Local Delivery (Within Store Perimeter)

We offer local delivery for customers located within a defined radius of our physical location.

Free Delivery: Available for orders within 10 miles of the store with a minimum purchase (e.g., $100 – customizable).

Delivery Fee: A small fee applies for orders outside the free delivery radius (typically 10–20 miles). Fees are calculated at checkout.

Deliveries are fulfilled within 1–2 business days, and customers will be notified by text or email when en route.


In-Store Pickup (Customer Pickup Option)

Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly from our physical store location.

Pickup Timeframe: Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Please bring a valid ID or order confirmation upon arrival.

Orders must be picked up within 48 hours to maintain freshness, especially for perishable items.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping and delivery information.

KizzleHomeLandFood is not liable for missed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or unclaimed shipments.

Reshipment fees may apply for returned orders due to address errors.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact our Customer Support Team at kizzlehomelandfood@gmail.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will work promptly to investigate and resolve the issue.
